Our Head Chef

Our head chef, Kevin Nguyen, graduated from North Western Culinary Art with a specialization in Saigon Cuisine, blending elements of Western culinary style in his unique approach.

Kevin brings extensive experience as former Chef de Partie at Lunch Lady, a Michelin award-winning street food spot on Vancouver's Commercial Drive, where he introduced new and exciting dishes over his 2 years of service.

Originally from Saigon, Vietnam, Kevin boasts over 18 years in the hospitality industry, honing his professional customer service skills. Through Saigonville, he aims to share his passion for Saigon flavours with the Vancouver community.
